Monitoring the Service / Regular Reviews

By monitoring the service and incorporating regular reviews it ensures that we are meeting the needs of the Service User. The Care Manager will also visit regularly to informally check that the service is to your satisfaction.

A Service User Guide is held within the Service User’s home. This contains the Care Plan, Risk Assessment and Time/Comment sheets. The Service User Guide is not only there for the Carers or Management Team of Elmar Home Care Ltd to use, but is also used as a communications book should the Service User or their family need to refer to it.
